I think that 10+ years of the Internet have shown that we don't care too much about body surfing through shit. And the gatekeepers seem to have passed completely. Although the New Yorker from which this quote was pulled suggests that AOL, of all things, has pretensions to change that. I place more faith in Apple, Amazon, and Rupert Murdoch, for good or for ill....
