Looks like my permalinks and comments are currently broken. I do have permalinks though - I confirmed that using Google. They're just not being linked on my index template for some reason. Ah well, no upgrade is perfect :) UPDATE: Looks like permalinks are being formed a new way - as paths based on the title (sort of like Pathauto in Drupal) rather than as a number. Hence the breakage of all the old links, though the pages are still there. I could possibly fix this with a rebuild of the full blog, but I don't want to risk it. Especially since it would most likely cause serious Google linkrot....
