Though I wish I had seen more people, I think that I needed the sleep that I got. And now I'm eager to get back to work - I can already tell there's much to be done. I've made several significant plans for the New Year. I won't call them resolutions, because resolutions are made to be broken. Calling them "plans" takes the weight off a little bit, because you can change your plans without feeling like you've broken a promise. By God's grace, I hope that 2008 will be even better than 2007. Looking back on 2007, I can see that God has blessed me in many ways: He brought me together with Sarah; He brought the after-school program, which was stressing me out tremendously, to a successful conclusion; He opened up a place for me at TechMission; He has continued to draw the members of our church closer...

If you want people to think your movie is hip, don't use "Bad to the Bone" in the teaser trailer soundtrack. That said, the movie looks like it might possibly be good, if it recognizes style can't replace substance....
